Chloe Kinsey

Chloe Kinsey has a diverse work experience in various industries. Chloe currently holds the position of Senior Budget Analyst in the Finance & Asset Management department at the City of Bellevue, Washington. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate in Finance & Economics at BERK Consulting, Inc. from March 2020 to April 2023. Chloe also worked as an Editorial Assistant at the Journal of Public Budgeting & Finance from August 2018 to March 2020. In addition, Chloe served as a Graduate Intern at the King County Assessor's Office from May 2019 to February 2020. Before that, they held two roles at the University of Washington, where they worked as a Program Coordinator at the Evans School of Public Policy & Governance from January 2016 to September 2018, and as a Research Study Coordinator at the School of Medicine from June 2014 to December 2015. Chloe began their career as a Research Assistant at the Veterans Affairs Puget Sound Health Care System from September 2013 to December 2015.

Chloe Kinsey completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with Honors at Whitman College from 2009 to 2013. Chloe then pursued a Master of Public Administration - MPA, focusing on Public Finance & Budgeting, at the Evans School of Public Policy and Governance at the University of Washington from 2018 to 2020.
