Debbie Harris has a diverse range of work experience in the engineering and project management field. Debbie is currently employed at Gold Dragon Capital Partners as a Vice President, where they focus on acquiring and managing real estate properties. Prior to their current role, they worked for the City of Bellevue as a Project Management Section Manager and Senior Engineer, where they oversaw the delivery of construction projects and developed programs to maintain wastewater assets. Debbie also held positions at the City of Seattle, Seattle Design Commission, DCI Engineers, ITE Parking Council, Kirkham Michael, INCA Engineers, and the City of Bremerton, where they gained experience in project management, civil engineering, and traffic engineering. Throughout their career, Debbie has demonstrated skills in team leadership, financial reporting, proposal preparation, and client relationship management.

Debbie also holds a certification as a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) from the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE).
