Diane Kendall

Diane Kendall has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Diane started their career in 1992 as an HR Associate at Thurman Industries and stayed there until 1997. During this time, they gained valuable experience in HR functions. In 1997, Diane moved to NYLCare, where they worked as a Human Resources Generalist. Diane'sresponsibilities included workforce planning, recruitment, benefit administration, payroll transmission, employee relations, performance management, employee development, affirmative action plans, and training and development for employees. NYLCare was later acquired by Aetna, and Diane transitioned to the role of Human Resources Consultant at Aetna from 1999 to 2002. In 2002, Diane joined the City of Bellevue as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, where they continue to work. The duration of this role is ongoing. Throughout their career, Diane has showcased their expertise in various HR functions, making their a valuable asset to any organization.

Diane Kendall has a degree in Education from Seattle University, where they studied English and History. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications including the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in June 2015 and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2007.
