Rebekah Phillips

Rebekah Phillips is a Senior Human Resources Generalist at the City of Belton, TX, since September 2020, responsible for a wide range of HR functions including payroll, recruitment, compliance, benefits, and employee relations, while also providing administrative support and generating analytical reports. Concurrently, Rebekah serves as a Human Resources Instructor for the US Army Reserves, utilizing the scientific method to teach HR principles. Previous experience includes roles as a Recruiter and Human Resources Manager in the US Army, where responsibilities included evaluating personnel qualifications and managing assignment processes. Rebekah holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and an Associate of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, as well as a high school diploma from Kennedale High School.
