Jesse Thomas

Jesse Thomas has a diverse work experience. Jesse started their career as a Marketing Analyst at Dioptics Medical Products in 2002 and worked there until 2004. Later in 2004, they joined American Licorice Company as an Application Development Manager. Jesse actively managed various modules and data stored in JD Edwards. In 2014, they joined the City of Bend as a Performance Analyst, where they gathered and analyzed data to support departmental initiatives. Jesse also designed and maintained departmental data structures. In 2016, Jesse became the Business Manager for the Community Development Department, where they transformed goals and objectives into work programs and provided recommendations for departmental performance. Jesse'smost recent role is the Director of the Office of Performance Management and Enterprise Asset Data Division at the City of Bend, where they lead the use of data and information across the city and drives improvements in data-related operations and processes. Jesse helps transform data into information that serves the public and staff.

Jesse Thomas completed a Master's Degree in Applied Information Management from the University of Oregon between 2014 and 2017. Prior to this, Jesse obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
