Sarah Esralew Hutson

Sarah Esralew Hutson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, analysis, and strategic planning across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Management Analyst in the City Manager's Office for the City of Bend since April 2022, Sarah has a strong background in public health as a Management Analyst for Deschutes County and in market research and analysis through roles at Global Strategies International and E Source. Previous positions include Lead Analyst at RRC Associates, where Sarah oversaw projects related to parks, recreation, and tourism, and Research Analyst in earlier stints at RRC Associates. Sarah has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Instructor and Graduate Associate at The Ohio State University, enhancing communication skills and pedagogy. Sarah holds a Master of Arts in Communication from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Political Science, and Journalism from the University of Delaware.
