Brendan Darrow

Brendan Darrow is a legal professional with extensive experience in public service and community law. Currently serving as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Berkeley since June 2015, Brendan provides legal services to the Department of Health Housing & Community Services. Prior to this role, Brendan worked as a Staff Attorney at the East Bay Community Law Center, specializing in representing monolingual Spanish-speaking clients affected by rental property foreclosures from August 2008 to June 2015. Brendan's legal career began as a law clerk, developing expertise in civil litigation, and has included volunteer work at various organizations, focusing on housing and asylum issues. Brendan holds a JD from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and a BA in History and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
