Francisco Alonso

Francisco Alonso is a Junior Public Works Engineer at the City of Berkeley, with prior experience as a Junior Engineer at BART and an internship in engineering with BART, where significant contributions included designing a platform for mechanics and conducting field surveys. During a capstone project at The Morning Star Company, Francisco's team developed an innovative tomato flow monitoring system utilizing image processing techniques and Python programming. Francisco holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Merced, where education included practical experience as a Restoration Intern at Castle Air Museum.
