Justin Pitcher

Justin Pitcher has extensive experience in aquatic program management, currently serving as Recreation Programs Supervisor, Aquatic Coordinator, and Aquatics Facilities Supervisor for the City of Berkeley since June 2019. Responsibilities include overseeing staffing, programs, and operations of the city's aquatic facilities. Prior to this role, Justin worked at the City of Antioch from June 2012 to June 2019 as an Aquatics Maintenance Worker/Recreation Specialist, where duties involved managing the Water Park facility, including staffing and programming. Justin holds a Bachelor's degree in Parks, Recreation, and Leisure Studies from California State University - East Bay, earned between 2020 and 2022.
