Rachel Arbios

Rachel Arbios is an experienced professional currently serving as an Office Specialist in the Office of Economic Development for the City of Berkeley since May 2023. Prior to this role, Rachel was an Executive Assistant at the East Bay Regional Park District from May 2019 to September 2022, where responsibilities included managing executive schedules, preparing presentations, and facilitating correspondence to ensure effective communication among stakeholders. Rachel also had a role as an Arts in the Parks Intern, where extensive research and stakeholder interviews informed a draft Public and Cultural Arts Policy. Previous experience includes leadership as President of SUPERB Productions and various roles in outreach and fundraising, along with customer service. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business (2017-2019) and completed secondary education at Encinal High School (2011-2015).
