Traci Bringgold

Traci Bringgold is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service desk management and project oversight. Currently serving as the Service Desk Manager for the City of Berkeley since June 2022, Traci manages daily operations that support over 2000 employees. Previously, as the Client Service Manager for the City of Roseville from January 2017 to June 2022, Traci led a team supporting more than 1500 employees while handling IT service support and deployments. Traci's career includes key roles in various capacities at Intel, where responsibilities spanned from Senior Technical Program Manager to Information Technology Manager, contributing to significant process improvements and technology strategies. Traci holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
