Phillip Kogan

Phillip Kogan serves as the Tennis Manager and Assistant Tennis Professional at the City of Blue Ash since June 2018, demonstrating a commitment to promoting tennis within the community. In addition, Phillip Kogan is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, where studies are expected to conclude in 2025. Phillip Kogan also completed education at Walnut Hills High School, graduating in 2021 with a focus on Information Technology.
