Phillip R.

Phillip R. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) within the public sector. Currently serving as the Geographic Information Systems Director at Tarrant County 9-1-1 District since December 2016, Phillip R. previously held the position of GIS Manager and GIS Analyst at the same organization from 1997 to November 2016. Prior to this, Phillip R. gained experience as a Litigation Assistant at Heard, Goggan, Blair & Williams from April 1994 to July 1996. Phillip R. earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with a minor in Geography from Texas A&M University, completing the program between 1989 and 1993.
