Karen Van Winkle

Karen Van Winkle has been the Director of Finance at the City of Blue Springs since 2005. Karen previously worked for the city as the Revenue Collections Manager from 1996 to 2005. In their current role, they are responsible for the city's financial planning and budgeting.

Karen Van Winkle attended Park University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
