Danielle Ingui-Olson has extensive experience in human resources management. Danielle is currently the Director of Human Resources at the City of Boca Raton. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Human Resources for the Town of Palm Beach for over 12 years. Danielle Ingui-Olson, M.A., SPHR, SHRM-SCP, started their education by attending Florida State University from 1992 to 1994. During this time, they pursued a Bachelors degree in Hospitality/Computer Science. Later, they enrolled at the University of Phoenix and attended from 2003 to 2008, earning a Masters degree in Organizational Management. Additionally, Danielle obtained certifications in their field. In 2015, they became a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) through the Society for Human Resource Management. In 2017, they also obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
