City of Bonner Springs
Amber Vogan, MPA, serves as the Interim City Manager for the City of Bonner Springs, where experience includes roles such as Assistant City Manager, Community and Economic Development Director, and City Clerk since November 2014. Prior to this, Vogan worked for the City of Lansing from March 2008 to November 2014 as City Clerk and Assistant City Clerk, gaining expertise in maintaining official city records, managing elections, and overseeing various administrative tasks. Vogan holds a Master of Public Administration from The University of Kansas, a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resource Management from Columbia College, and an Associate's degree in Business from Kansas City Kansas Community College.
