Allen Ryan

Allen Ryan, MPA, AEM®, serves as an Emergency Management Planner and Grant Manager for the City of Boston since September 2023. Previous experience includes a role as Municipal Innovation Fellow in the Town of Andover, contributing to the development of the Fire Rescue's EMS Bike Team. Allen Ryan interned in the U.S. House of Representatives for Congressman Seth Moulton and Congresswoman Anna Eshoo, gaining valuable legislative experience. Educational background features a Master of Public Administration from Merrimack College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Political Science from the same institution. Early career experience includes working as an Ice Hockey Official for USA Hockey and a Grocery Clerk at Draeger's Markets.
