Paul Iaia

Paul Iaia currently serves as the Solid Waste Manager for the City of Boynton Beach since February 2022, and has been with Waste Management as a Manager since August 2017. In these roles, Paul Iaia oversees daily operations, ensures safety and customer satisfaction, manages hiring and training for professional drivers, and handles budget monitoring. Previous experience includes positions as Transportation Supervisor at Waste Management, where Paul Iaia managed logistics for coal ash disposal, and as a Real Estate Associate at Carrington Real Estate Services. Paul Iaia also has a background in account management with Waste Pro USA and Waste Management, as well as sales and operational management with Avis/Budget Group, Pepperidge Farm, and Kelloggs/Keebler. Paul Iaia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Central Florida.
