Brenda Rutherford

Brenda Rutherford, CHRL, currently serves as the Manager of Human Resources Services for the City of Brantford since July 2016, having previously held roles including Human Resources Representative within the same organization and Human Resources Generalist at the County of Brant. Brenda's career in human resources began with positions such as Human Resources - Total Rewards at Bruce Power and Human Resources Coordinator at both Norfolk General Hospital and Listowel Wingham Hospitals Alliance. Brenda's educational background includes an Executive Diploma in Municipal Management from the Association of Municipal Managers, Clerks and Treasurers of Ontario, as well as leadership development certificates from Goodman School of Business at Brock University and Harvard Business School Online. Brenda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Contemporary Studies and Sociology from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Mohawk College.
