Rory Doucette

Rory Doucette is an experienced manager in parks and open spaces, currently serving as the Manager of Parks Operations for the City of Brantford since November 2022. Previously, Rory held roles as the Manager of Parks and Open Spaces for the City of Welland and Manager of Parks Operations and Cemetery Services for the City of Waterloo. Earlier experience includes positions at the Town of Oakville, overseeing turf, construction, and playgrounds, as well as cemetery and environmental services. Rory's background also includes leadership roles in labor organizations and operational management in the hospitality sector. Educationally, Rory obtained an Executive Certification in Municipal Management from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
