Tim Ogden is an accomplished city manager with extensive experience in municipal operations and economic development. Currently serving as City Manager for the City of Brentwood since February 2020, Tim oversees a comprehensive range of services for a city with over 325 employees and manages significant budgetary responsibilities. Prior roles include City Manager for the City of Manteca, where Tim maintained a balanced budget of $182 million, and City Manager for the City of Waterford, where achievements included the design and construction of the city’s first city hall and securing substantial state grants for community projects. Tim's earlier positions featured roles in economic development and housing, where responsibility encompassed various redevelopment projects, marketing, and financial management. Educational credentials include an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Phoenix and a B.A. in Family Studies and Business from Weber State University, supplemented by public administration training.
