Richard S. is an experienced professional in the field of construction and materials testing. Currently serving as an RSO/Inspector for the City of Brentwood, Tennessee since December 2018, Richard previously held the position of Senior Field Technician at Terra-Nova Engineering from December 2014 to December 2018, where responsibilities included construction materials testing for soil, concrete, and structural steel, as well as conducting preblast surveys and landfill construction. Richard also worked as a Consultant at Schroder Consulting from 2012 to 2013. Educational qualifications were obtained from Tennessee State University.
