Roderick Porter

Roderick Porter has extensive experience in law enforcement and academia. Roderick started their career in 1993 as a Police Captain at the Bridgeport Police Department, where they held the position for an extended period. In 2017, they began teaching as an Adjunct College Professor at Post University and later at Concordia College-New York in 2018. Currently, Roderick serves as the Chief of Police for the City of Bridgeport Connecticut, starting in 2022.

Roderick Porter holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organizational Leadership from Springfield College, which they completed in 2017.
