Shannon Pollock

Shannon Pollock is an experienced administrative professional currently serving as the Executive Administrative Assistant to the City Manager for the City of Brighton since September 2019. Prior to this role, Shannon was the Business Manager at Massage Envy from June 2015 to August 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations, employee selection, onboarding, and development. Shannon holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services, both obtained from Colorado State University Global between 2019 and 2022.
