Hayley Shaw

Hayley has worked in HR for 12 years, and joined City of Bristol College as a Human Resources Assistant in 2010. She held posts as HR Business Partner and Head of Human Resources and Organisational Development before being promoted through to Assistant Director. While working for us, Hayley has been supported to study her postgraduate diploma in HR Management.

Hayley lives with her husband, daughter and springer spaniel, and loves watching crime dramas to relax. Her fun fact is that before university she did a gap year in Fiji, working at a school and living with nuns in a convent for disabled children who attended the school.
