Mark Hutton

Mark Hutton serves as the Vice Mayor of the City of Bristol, Tennessee, since March 2022, and holds the position of Strategic Advisor at The Summit Companies since January 2015. With over twenty-five years of experience in non-profit and government leadership, Mark demonstrates expertise in leading adaptive change, fostering collaborative teams, and navigating conflict. Additional roles include being an Adjunct Professor at King University, where Mark teaches Foundations, and serving as Interim Senior Pastor at Blacknall Memorial Presbyterian Church. Mark has held various positions, including Sullivan County Commissioner and Pastoral Consultant at Windsor Avenue Presbyterian Church. Mark holds multiple degrees, including a Doctor of Ministry in Organizational Leadership from Covenant Theological Seminary, a Master of Arts in Literature from East Tennessee State University, and an MDiv in Theology from Beeson Divinity School.
