Charlie Bright

Charlie Bright currently serves as the Director of Engineering and Construction for the City of Broken Arrow, having held this position since September 2019. Previously, Charlie Bright worked as the Special Projects Division Manager and Manager for Special Projects at the same city. From June 2014 to September 2019, Charlie Bright was a Project Manager at the University of Oklahoma, overseeing significant capital improvement projects. Prior to this role, Charlie Bright managed municipal civil construction projects as a Project Manager at Garver from May 2008 to June 2014, handling all aspects from design to construction administration. Charlie Bright earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Oklahoma in 2008.
