Ethan Edwards

Ethan Edwards is a seasoned professional in the engineering and construction field, currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Construction for the City of Broken Arrow since January 2020. Prior to this role, Ethan was the Operations Manager at Cowan Group Engineering, LLC from October 2017 to January 2020, and Ethan spent nearly a decade at Professional Engineering Consultants, P.A. as Principal and Water+Wastewater Division Manager from August 2008 to October 2017. Ethan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University, obtained from 1996 to 1999, and an Associate of Arts in Pre-Engineering from Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College, completed between 1994 and 1996. Early education was completed in Fairland from 1987 to 1994.
