Phil Morris

Phil Morris is a seasoned IT professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry, currently serving as the Network Systems Manager for the City of Broken Arrow since December 2022. Prior to this role, Phil held the position of IT Service Delivery Manager at DXC Technology for more than 16 years, showcasing a strong record in management and leadership across various complex projects within large organizations. Additional experience includes roles at AT&T, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, EDS Group, Sonus Networks, Nortel, Williams Company, and Texaco, with expertise in network engineering, system engineering, and technical consultancy. Phil Morris holds a degree in Business Studies from Tulsa Community College.
