Sandi Rosamond is the owner and designer at it's SO (Sandi's Originals) since September 2014, where the focus is on creating unique artful and functional pieces for clients. Additionally, Sandi serves as the principal at Transform Skills & Maximize Potential, specializing in learning strategies that enhance leadership and communication skills for individuals and companies. Current responsibilities include working as an administrative clerk in the City Clerk's office of Broken Arrow since March 2015, and engaging in adjunct teaching roles in higher education settings to stay current with learning strategies. Previous experience includes instruction in various subjects at higher education institutions and roles in career services and training development, notably with the Idaho Transportation Department and as a sexual assault advocate. Sandi holds a B.S. in Education from the University of Central Oklahoma and an M.S. from Oklahoma State University.

Located in northeast Oklahoma, Broken Arrow is the fourth largest city in the state, with an estimated population of 107,000 people spread out over 55 square miles. From 2000 to 2010, U.S. Census Bureau numbers show the City grew by 32%, making it one of the fastest growing incorporated municipalities in Oklahoma.
