Willard Gustafson

Willard Gustafson, GISP, currently serves as the Lead GIS Analyst at Freese and Nichols since February 2023. Previously, Willard held the position of GIS Division Manager at the City of Broken Arrow from May 2020 to February 2023 and worked as a Senior GIS Specialist at Meshek & Associates, LLC from July 2008 to May 2020, focusing on the integration of hydraulics, hydrology, transportation design, right of way acquisitions, and GIS. Willard's earlier experience includes working as a GIS & Remote Sensing Specialist at the University of Montana, where involvement in wildlife research studies utilized satellite imagery analysis and machine learning tools, as well as serving as the Lead Senior Data Entry Clerk at the Bureau of Indian Affairs, providing GIS support and producing maps. Willard holds an M.A. and a B.A. in Geography from the University of Montana.
