Miranda Ruvalcaba

Miranda Ruvalcaba serves as the ODHR Talent Development Coordinator and previously held the role of Talent Development Business Partner with the City of Brownsville, Texas, since March 2021. Prior experience includes serving as the Marketing Director for Chick-fil-A Franchise from February to December 2020 and as a Marketing Specialist at Tropical Smoothie Cafe from March 2018 to February 2020. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in Marketing from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, attained in December 2022, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Management, completed at the same institution in 2018. Additional roles include working as a Peer Educator and Student Assistant at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, as well as a Sales Associate at BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP in 2015.
