Perla Cepeda, CPM, CTI Coach, has extensive work experience in various roles related to organizational development, human resources, and training. Perla most recently served as the Director of Organizational Development & Human Resources at the City of Brownsville, Texas since June 2019. Prior to that, they were the Learning & Development Manager at Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation starting from June 2016. Perla also worked as a Paralegal at Carlos H. Cisneros PC from May 2015 to May 2016. Perla's experience also includes serving as the Organizational Development Manager at Littelfuse from October 2014 to April 2015 and as the Training & Development Supervisor at Albéa Group from September 2004 to August 2014.

Perla Cepeda, CPM, CTI Coach, earned their Maestría degree in Desarrollo Organizacional from Universidad de Monterrey, where they studied from 2012 to 2014.
