Brianna Groves P.e.

Brianna Groves, P.E., CFM, PMP, currently serves as Assistant City Engineer for the City of Bryan since February 2020, leading the Engineering Services Department's Capital Improvement Program while managing various projects and reviewing private development applications. Prior experience includes roles as Civil Engineer and Graduate Civil Engineer within the City, where Brianna was responsible for overseeing Capital Improvement Program projects and engineering reviews. Brianna also held positions at Civil Engineering Consultants, Inc. as Engineer-In-Training II and I, developing skills in drafting, modeling, and stormwater management, and gained experience as an Engineering Intern at Spartan-Tutoring and Pape-Dawson Engineers, focusing on mathematics tutoring and water resources engineering, respectively. Brianna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological and Agricultural Engineering from Texas A&M University.
