Mina Mikhael

Mina Mikhael, P.E. is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in public works and engineering project management. Currently serving as the Director of Public Works and City Engineer for the City of Buena Park since February 2019, Mina previously held the role of Assistant City Engineer. Previous professional experience includes positions as Project Manager and Project Engineer at Psomas, Civil Engineer at KPFF Consulting Engineers, and Assistant Civil Engineer at both Dokken Engineering and Intueor Consulting, Inc. Additionally, Mina began the engineering career as an intern at the City of San Clemente Public Works and Caltrans-District 12. Mina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
