Cory Hinkle

Cory Hinkle is a Water Manager at the City of Bullhead City, a position held since April 2022. Previously, Cory served as General Manager, Operations Manager, and Sr. Supervisor of Operations at American Water from May 2020 to April 2022, focusing on water and wastewater utilities for Joint Base San Antonio Air Force and Army bases. From May 2016 to May 2020, Cory was the Operations Manager at Valley Utilities Water Co. Earlier roles include Water Treatment Lead at Abengoa from November 2014 to May 2016 and various positions at Global Water Resources from August 2011 to November 2014, including Water Production & Treatment Supervisor and Process Control Specialist. Cory has comprehensive experience in operating and maintaining water production and treatment facilities, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Education was pursued at GateWay Community College between 2012 and 2015.
