Cliff Chroust

Cliff Chroust is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in public and private sectors. Currently serving as Purchasing Manager in the Division of Procurement Services at the City of Burbank since October 2025, Cliff oversees contracting and sourcing activities to ensure transparency and compliance. Previously, Cliff held the role of Chief Procurement Officer for the County of Ventura from January 2023 to October 2025, managing procurement for a $2 billion local government entity. Other notable positions include Vice President of Purchasing and Procurement at the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, Director of Purchasing for the School District of Manatee County, and Bureau Chief of Purchasing Operations for the Florida Department of Management Services. Cliff’s career began with roles at SubTechnologies, Duke Manufacturing, Marketscan Information Systems, and UC Santa Barbara. Cliff holds an MBA from Chapman University and a BA in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
