Hugo Rodriguez has worked as the Deputy Director of IT at the City of Burleson since March 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at the City of Midland, including Assistant Director of Information Technology from May 2019 to March 2022, Software Systems Supervisor from March 2017 to May 2019, and Programmer Analyst from September 2013 to March 2017.
Hugo Rodriguez completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at The University of Texas Permian Basin from 2009 to 2013. Hugo then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from the University of Denver from 2017 to 2018.
