Zuzanna Wasiak

Zuzanna Wasiak is an experienced professional in recruitment and operations management, currently serving as the Delivery Team Operations Manager at Square One Resources Poland since November 2019. Zuzanna has held various roles within the company, including Deputy IT Recruitment Team Manager and Senior IT Recruiter. Prior to this, Zuzanna worked as a Talent Sourcing Coordinator and Junior Recruitment Consultant at 9CAVS and Edge One Solutions, gaining expertise in talent acquisition. Zuzanna is pursuing a Master's degree in Psychology at Uniwersytet SWPS and has completed a Master's degree in Sociology with a focus on Social Psychology and Coaching at Collegium Civitas, in addition to obtaining a Licentiate degree in Sociology from the same institution with a specialization in Marketing, Public Relations, and Media.
