Doug Scharley

Doug Scharley is a seasoned project manager and consultant with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as a Program Manager for the NG911 Fire Department Program and PRISM Project at the City of Burnaby since July 2023, Doug has previously held senior roles at the BC Financial Services Authority, overseeing critical projects such as the Core Regulatory Suite Project and Data Strategy Project. As the owner of D. R. Scharley Consulting Inc. since 2001, Doug has contributed to numerous projects, including the Surrey Police Service Transition program and multiple financial management initiatives with organizations like Metro Vancouver and the Provincial Health Services Authority. Doug holds a BA in Honours Economics from the University of Waterloo, obtained between 1984 and 1989.
