Eric Tam

Eric Tam is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in transportation engineering. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Transportation at the City of Burnaby since August 2023, Eric has previously held positions as Senior Transportation Engineer at Binnie and Transportation Engineer at GNEC. Early career roles include Traffic Engineer, Civil Engineering Co-op for the Vancouver Shipyard Modernization Project at SNC-Lavalin, and Research Co-op Student at UBC's Department of Civil Engineering. Additionally, Eric contributed as an Assistant Tunnel Engineer for the Tsuen Wan Drainage Tunnel project. Eric holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from The University of British Columbia, completed in 2014.
