Jessica Devlin-Cross

Jessica Devlin-Cross is a Senior Planner with the City of Burnaby since September 2020, overseeing the development of the Burnaby 2050 Official Community Plan. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Planner on the Infrastructure Planning Team at GL Hearn and a Senior Infrastructure Planner at the London Borough of Hounslow. Jessica has a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Urban Development from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor's Degree in Geography: Environment and Sustainability from the University of British Columbia. Additionally, Jessica has coordinated various community sustainability projects and has experience in both the culinary field and personal caregiving.
