Luke Kenny

Luke Kenny is an accomplished transportation planner with extensive experience in project management and transport demand forecasting. Currently serving as a Planner 2 for the City of Burnaby since July 2025, previous roles include Associate at KMC Transport Planning, where key contributions involved forecasting travel demand for significant developments such as the Begbroke Innovation District and the Cambridge Biomedical Campus. Earlier experience includes serving as a Principal Transport Planner at Bunt & Associates Engineering Ltd., where projects included enhancing accessibility in Vancouver and conducting a city-wide parking review in Coquitlam. Prior to this, Luke worked as a transport planning consultant and held various positions at SLR Consulting, progressing from Assistant Transport Planner to Senior Transport Planner. Academic qualifications include a BSc in Mathematical Studies from the University of Leeds and an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Kent.
