Raymond Afan

Raymond Afan is an experienced project manager with a diverse background in educational and public sector projects. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at the City of Burnaby since June 2020, Raymond previously held the position of Capital Project Manager at Surrey Schools from October 2017 to June 2020, and Project Manager at Vancouver School Board from April 2007 to September 2017. Earlier roles include Project Manager at PCL Construction and Project Coordinator at Edmonds School District. Raymond holds a Diploma in Architectural Technology from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of British Columbia.
