David Calder

David Calder serves as the City Manager for the City of Cambridge Ontario since September 2019. Previously, David held the position of Chief Administrative Officer for the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg from January 2013 to September 2019 and was President of Tillsonburg Hydro Inc. David's earlier experience includes serving as General Manager of Corporate Services for the Corporation of the City of Waterloo from August 2006 to July 2012, where responsibilities included managing the budget and operations of various departments. David also worked with the Corporation of the City of Cambridge from 1987 to 2006 in roles such as Commissioner of Public Access and Council Services, overseeing multiple departments and teams. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Public Administration from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Guelph. David's diverse expertise encompasses public administration, economic development, and municipal governance.
