Todd Capurso

Todd Capurso is an accomplished Public Works Director with extensive experience in municipal management and infrastructure maintenance. Currently serving the City of Campbell, CA since June 2013, Todd oversees Engineering Services, Street Maintenance, Parks Maintenance, Facilities Maintenance, Fleet Services, and Environmental Services. Previous roles include Acting Director of Community Development and Director of Parks and Public Works for the Town of Los Gatos, where Todd managed significant operating budgets and personnel. Todd's career at the City of San Jose spanned over two decades, with positions ranging from Deputy Director of General Services to Parks Manager, demonstrating a strong background in community development and parks operations. Todd holds an MBA in Business Administration and a BA in Mathematics and Philosophy from San Jose State University.
