Mike Kilroy

Mike Kilroy is an experienced professional with a diverse background in law enforcement, education, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Captain for the City of Capitola, California, Mike manages multiple programs and a significant budget while overseeing numerous reports. With ongoing work as a Public Safety Consultant for Pajaro Valley School District, Mike reviews and improves high school law enforcement curricula. Prior to these roles, Mike spent 20 years as an Investigator with the City of Phoenix, where extensive investigative work resulted in substantial cost savings. Mike also served as President of the Board of Directors for Arizona Families for Home Education and founded Fit To Serve Nutrition, a company dedicated to supporting law enforcement and military personnel. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in Management & Leadership from Western Governors University.
