Tommy Holland is an experienced engineering professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the City Engineer for the City of Carrollton since December 2005, Tommy has previously held positions as Project Engineer at Douglasville-Douglas County WSA from October 2002 to December 2005 and as County Engineer for Carroll County BOC between February 2000 and October 2002. Tommy holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering (BSAE), earned from The University of Georgia between 1986 and 1991.
