Andrea Bricknell

Andrea Bricknell has over 12 years of experience in various roles within the City of Casey, including Development Officer and Systems Officer focused on customer experience. Andrea led the implementation of multiple solutions for venue and event management and managed the transition to a new Customer Request Management system. Prior to this, Andrea served as Administration Manager at Visionstream Pty Ltd, overseeing the administration team for Telstra contract work. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science in Psychology from Monash University, complemented by education at Pembroke High School.
