Michelle Tipton

Michelle Tipton has extensive work experience in governance and corporate support roles. Michelle is currently the Head of Corporate Governance Integrity and Legal Support at City of Casey, starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Coordinator Council Business at City of Melbourne from April 2021 to April 2022. From March 2019 to April 2021, Michelle served as the Governance Coordinator at Frankston City Council. Michelle also held various positions at Frankston City Council, including Coordinator Council Business Support, Governance Team Leader, Learning and Development Officer (secondment), Executive Assistant, and Governance Officer. Michelle's responsibilities encompassed budget management, overseeing operational functions, developing business plans, implementing learning and development programs, and providing leadership and supervision.

Michelle Tipton attended Mount Erin Secondary College from 1992 to 1998, where they completed their VCE. In 2005, they enrolled at Chisholm Institute, where they obtained a Diploma in Business Administration with a field of study in Business Administration and Management. Later in 2012, Michelle attended Asia Pacific Training Institute and earned a Diploma in Management.
